Todd Sneller

Todd joined our organization as a Property Manager in January 2011, after spending more than twenty years in the plumbing/construction field. Todd provides impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail, while managing investors' assets. Todd is focused on communication with both the property owners and tenants in order to ensure that the needs of both are met.

Mary Dykema

Mary joined our team in May of 2010.  Mary works closely with the property management team providing excellent service and customer relations to our many tenants and clients along with maintaining their records and handling accounts receivable.

Pat DeHaan

Pat joined Facility Management Services in June, 2011. Pat provides support for property management, including handling accounts payables. She also provides monthly and year-end financial reporting.
